Our mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence.
Family Promise of Lima Allen County is an all-inclusive, faith based agency working with various community partners and is dedicated to helping homeless families achieve and sustain independence by providing help, hope, and a safe haven as they seek suitable employment and housing.
Families with children are the fastest growing percentage of the homeless population. Family Promise serves single mothers, single fathers, and two parent families. In the last year, with the help of our host and support congregations along with our staff and volunteers, we have served 27 families.
